Alessandro Merlin is a passionate artist based in Venice, creating unique handcrafted and handmade ceramics.
Influenced by artists such as Jean Cocteau, Aubrey Beardsley, Hugo Pratt, or Tom of Finland, his pieces are always filled with poetry, seduction, and erotism.
Alessandro was born in Belluno, Italy. After his graphic studies in Germany, he settled in the Arsenale district of Venice.
Needless to say that Kelly and Julien are in love with Venice. As art lovers, when they stepped into Alessandro’s Atelier, they had no other option than bringing some of his marvelous pieces in their suitcases to add a bit of quirkiness to your daily life.
