EPV stands for "Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant," which can be translated by "Living Heritage Company." EPV is an official French label set up to honor French companies with craftsmanship know-how. The label rewards the French excellence and gives visibility to arts, industry, and gastronomy professions, having recourse to rare know-how, advanced or traditional.
